Welcome to Haddy Designs. By accessing our engineering services or engaging in any project with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Haddy Designs provides engineering-related services, including but not limited to design, drafting, CAD modeling, structural drawings, fabrication support, and technical consulting.

The exact scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the start of each project.

3. Project Agreement

• All projects must be confirmed through written communication or formal agreement.
• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be documented prior to commencement.
• Any changes in scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

4. Payments

• A non-refundable advance payment is required before starting any project.
• Remaining balance must be paid as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.
• Delayed payments may result in project hold or additional charges.

5. Revisions and Modifications

• Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work.
• Major design changes or additional requirements will be treated as a new scope and charged separately.
• Once final approval is given, further modifications will incur extra fees.

6. Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines will be shared at the beginning of the project.
• Delays due to client-side issues (late approvals, missing inputs) are not the responsibility of Haddy Designs.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen technical or external factors.

7. Deliverables

• Final deliverables may include drawings, CAD files, reports, or other engineering documents as agreed.
• Files will be shared only after full payment is completed.
• File formats will be provided as per agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

• All engineering designs and documents remain the property of Haddy Designs until full payment is received.
• After payment, the client receives usage rights for the intended purpose only.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate data, specifications, and requirements.
• Haddy Designs is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and approvals unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

10. Liability

• Haddy Designs provides engineering services based on provided data and assumptions.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from misuse, incorrect implementation, or external modifications of our designs.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled midway, payment must be made for the work completed up to that stage.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated, payments are delayed, or communication is not maintained. Work completed until termination must be paid for.

13. Amendments

Haddy Designs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the region where services are provided.
